A practice in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking an Associate Doctor to join their growing practice. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn Dr. Greg’s system, how to do report of findings, marketing strategies, basically everything you need to know about running a successful practice. Their goal is to help you achieve all of your professional and personal goals. If running a practice, being a clinic director and/or having your own practice is something you have always wanted, this practice has the tools and resources to set you up for success.
The ideal candidate is self motivated, approachable, growth minded with a strong attention to detail, and is comfortable with a variety of adjustment techniques. The successful candidate will be willing to help with internal workshops and engage in ongoing professional development.
This position provides a competitive salary plus profit-sharing, paid time off, malpractice insurance coverage, and support for continuing education. The schedule also features one half-day per week. There is also an opportunity to buy into the practice as an Eventual Equity Partner after 6 months.
