Job Description & Requirements
A new practice in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an Associate Doctor to join their team and run a new location. The successful candidate will be responsible for both external networking and internal patient adjustments. You will be responsible for conducting trainings, meetings, and ongoing professional development, a well as attracting patients to the new clinic.
The ideal candidate is personable, outgoing, and a strong leader who enjoys systems and organization. They are welcome to use any adjustment techniques that they’d like, and will help launch a new clinic. This role will begin with a salary, eventually including a percentage of collections and then an eventual buyout.
